Go for it if you have an EU passport. Get your CV out there to as many as you can.
If your passport is UK then your only chance would be thru purchasing a hotel at around the 500000 euro price range.

Yes I agree,
If you have a UK passport you will need to apply for a work visa which will be almost impossible.

Another option If your passport is UK; you can marry a EU citizen..

Take the challenge and ask at any hotel. But who is the most convenient person to talk to? Forget about ANY hotel staff and that includes the manager. ;Most not to say all hoytels are part of a chain. As an excample take SERVIGROUP running 10 hotels alone in Benidorm. Talk to their central offices and don't give up if unsuccessful. .

It's OK advising that but there is no choice for a UK passport holder as they will need a work visa. Anything else and they won't get residency or healthcare!!!
And worst of all, after 90 days they are likely to be illegal overstayers
