You can’t buy antibodies, your own body produces them, although taking a few vitamins may help the process and you’ll find them in every farmacia. They will also advise you on the “chemistry” you’ve requested to produce the antibodies.
But reading between the lines……………
If you actually mean antibiotics, you cannot buy OTC you need a prescription.

In Spain chemists are called Farmacia. If you think you need antibiotics you will firstly need to see a doctor.
