Hi Annie,
Unless the back problem is psychosomatic, shouldn't the title of your post read "Physiotherapist"? I only point it out, as some people may scroll past the heading without reading your post and you may not get the recommendations you would like.

There used to be a business in the indoor market that offered help with back pain and Physiotherapy etc. They also tried to sell you their creams too!
I don't know if they are still there now or closed up though with all the Covid restrictions.

There is a doctor in the Alicante area that will / can provide you with a new back.
There is a short wait for a donor to be found and for he or she to arrive.
It is not too expensive but sadly, the health service doesn't pay for it. I think the terms are 1/2 up front and the other half upon completion of the replacement.
