Hi James,

There's a useful summary here:

http://www.spanishtaxforms.co.uk/spanish-property.html

Alternatively, if you want to have a go at submitting it yourself, read Jim Taylor's series of Guides to Non-resident Tax here:

Jim's guides - your complete guide to Spain

Kind regards,

Kim

Snowkatt57.....No need for sarcasm!!

The original posting was asking a legitimate question about length of time they are allowed to stay legally in Spain AT THE PRESENT TIME AND RULES!!

Brexit has not happened YET to alter any legalities of living in Spain so I was advising the OP of present day rules.

I don't go by what bar room solicitors say. I have read all the information and ideas put forward by many British MPs and Boris to boot! And yet it could still go pear shaped and still being discussed in a years time. So no advice please on what might/could happen. Let's stick to the facts as they are today.

Hi

I'm assuming that if needed governments on both sides could easily check the times stated.

Do we even dare think about this scenario and things getting back dated.

I'm okay as I've stuck to the rules like a good boy......

If push comes to shove I will just come over for 2 weeks every month for 6 months. Not sure how this stands with things but there you go.

More food for thought.
