Would really appreciate some advice,I am moving to Benidorm in March and I need to obtain a replacement nie certificate,I had one in 2007 but cant find it,I am currently in UK and consulate cant do it,is there someone that can do it whilst I am in uk,I am over for 4 days on 8th March,perhaps I could do it in a notary,any advice much apprecaited.
