Can anyone recommend a good internet provider for this area?  We are currently with Aeromax but the internet is extremely poor, very slow and intermittent.  Is there a company offering a fibre service to this area?

Hi Susandn

I’m not sure if Telitec are offering fibre in Benissa but they offer it in most of the areas around Moraira. It might be worth trying them 🤪🥂

Thanks, I’ve read mixed reviews on them.  Have you had good experience with them?

Hi again

Well, I’m in Moraira (tho currently in the U.K.) and I have Telitec. They are just fitting fibre in my area and I will certainly be going in for a chat. I have had difficulties, but I would say that was because my mb isn’t high enough to be running TV and iPads etc so not necessarily their fault. When I have needed to contact them, they have been prompt, courteous and managed to sort me out; unless there’s been raid, in which case we (everybody) just have to wait to get back online. Can’t recall it’s been more that hours that it’s been down.

Oh, and they have British and Spanish (possibly other) staff so discussions with them are simple

Hope this helps🤪🥂

We are outside Lliber and use Aeromax, we are right at the limit of where their signal reaches due to inconvenient mountains!

We have no problems other than occasionally caused by weather. However, and this maybe worth considering, the supplier and installer advised against contracting their least costly option, as he said it would not be satisfactory. I think we went for the third level of service, which we find perfectly fine.

We investigated Telitec as they seemed helpful, but we had great difficulty with the ‘engineer’ whom they sent to undertake the initial survey. He was only interested in selling us something and we found it impossible either to obtain a firm price from him or to establish exactly what he was proposing to supply. So we said no,thank you.
