Hi has anyone had problems with the solar system fitted by solarmassel? Ours has been fitted for just over a week and isn't working properly. They say the work is complete and blame Iberdrola. We have contacted Iberdrola but its still not working properly. Help?

Apart from contacting Iberdrolla contact the manufacturer too. We had Solarinspain from Pedrueguer do an install and had lots of problems with them too. Solar installers need regulating.

trouble is everyone is jumping on the bandwagon, some are using small cables for the 220 volt to the board, if its not as thick as your finger its no good, i know a few people who have systems not working, we have like 12 users near who used the same company and everyone is happy, IEJD in Dolores, i started pumping back to the grid in less than 4 weeks, getting all the grants also, super system, i love watching the app, the pool is 32 degrees for free, happy wife,
