On the entrance to the Les Fonts urbanisation, Benitachell, whenever it rains, there is a lake of water that collects in the dip of the road. This causes many problems getting in and out of the urbanisation. This issue would be easily solved by putting an eco drain on part of the road to drain the water into the forest area. Any ideas who we need to approach to get this fixed once and for all?
Unfortunately there are dozens if not scores of such problems on Spanish roads so the chances of getting any particular one addressed are probably pretty small.

I understand that the mayor has introduced a scheme whereby he will meet with residents periodically to discuss matters of interest. This would seem to be an opportunity to tackle him with the water flood you mention. See the town hall website for details.

The problem in Spain is the drain system, It is just not big enough.
