Hi I have now got my tourist licence but when I went to register with the police they said I needed a complaints book. Does anyone know where I can get this from? Thanks

These are the links in the official guide - the link for payment is not easy to follow unfortunately. My fiscal rep happened to have a couple of books spare so I bought our copy off them instead and then downloaded the notice and printed it off.
From the translated version of the guide:
Section 2.6.- How to obtain a Complaints Book and Mandatory Notice:
The owner or authorised rental management company of rental properties must have a complaints book at the disposion of the guests. This is obtained from the Territorial Services of Commerce and Consumpon, paying in advance. Payment details here:

I am away from home for a couple of weeks and the downloaded official notice that has to be displayed is on my main computer so if you have no luck getting it sorted please private message me and I can send some links to you and email a copy of the official notice that you can then print off. The book itself should be kept in a suitable safe location, not left out, the notice is what needs to be displayed.
