Hello, I am just enquiring, we a are a young family with 3 children loving the idea of spain to live how are schools, is it easy to get work? Rental etc. Love a replykind regards

Hi Shannon,
You don't say where you are living now.....
If you are living in the UK then you need to apply for residency in Spain at the Spanish embassy while you are still living in the UK and you will need to prove that you have full healthcare for yourself and your family members fully paid for a full year and meet the income requirements.

If you have Irish passports then my previous reply does not count.
I can't give you any advice about schools but gaining employment here in Spain would be very difficult at the moment as there is a very high unemployment rate here especially because of the covid situation but It would help if you could speak Spanish.
Its quite easy, especially now, to find somewhere to rent. Rental prices for a 3 bedroom apartment would be around €600 per month plus electricity.
You would be required to apply for residency within the first 90 days of arriving in Spain and meet the income and healthcare requirements.
