I've been told that the suma office is not taking direct debits & that I have to go to the office in person to pay it, is this correct? I thought that once a direct debit was set up that was it

Hi

On 7th May 2021, I received an email from SUMA saying they will debit 'se cargará" from my bank account on 7th June 2021.

They basically just wanted to warn me and check that bank account is still valid.

So they are still accepting direct debit.

My nearest Suma office is Playa Flamenca. I'm not sure if this applies to you in Bigastro or not. 🤔

They said you can update any personal details on the Suma website if necessary.

No need to worry. 🙂

If you go to www.suma.es in English there is a chat facility I paid ours yesterday by debit card.
