Hi is anybody having issues with tv horadada ? The last few evenings the speed band has dropped to 3meg download speed. Then it seems to be back to normal in the morning . Cheers guys

No we're contract with fibre.

OK. I was going to say the PAYG can get slow during the sumer with increased usage.

Yes, as of beginning of March 2019 they are having problems. I have two houses with Tvhoradada and they both have these network issues.
It starts about 15:30 (school kids back?) but as you state Hayley it's OK in the morning. IPTV is unwatchable, messenger voice calls break up etc.
From my IT background one would guess that its a network congestion or datacentre issues. Basically some services (types of network traffic) are given lower priority because of capacity issues.
Raise a support ticket to complain.
My 4G mobile is faster and just works as a wifi hotspot for my IPTV box. Appalling for a fiber provider.

Yes we have fibre with them and are finding exactly the same every evening. Paying for 100mb and on Sunday evening it dropped to 1.3! Yesterday morning/lunch it was around 50mb. We are planning on going to LA Zenia stall to complain.

TV Horadada Engineers during site visit confirmed datacentre/network issues in this whole area.

TV Horadada are now part of the Avatel Organisation.
Services as of 7/3/19 appeared OK

Short lived fix, as of 7/4/19 the service has 'degraded' yet again so that pages load extremely slowly or not at all. A further complaint going in today.
