So what checks on your vaccination/PCR status were there if any?

I did exactly the same at Alicante airport, no covid QR code checks at all.

Has anyone flown from the Uk to Spain with a healing passport. My daughter has had Covid 6 weeks ago. Just worried that she might not be able to use it.

Well we had to have one  so if anyone  wants to risk it go ahead

We’ve just been to Spain and to fly out if you’re fully vaccinated you don’t need a test to fly intoSpain. It might have to be two weeks after your 2nd vaccination.

If you are fully vaccinated and can download it from the NHS app, that’s all you need for leaving the U.K. or if this isn’t possible, you can take a fit to fly test within 72 hours of departure.

Leaving Spain.  You will need to book your POST ARRIVAL TESTS which will be delivered to your home on day 2 when you get home. If you live in England, consider yourself lucky. You can quarantine for 5 days and if negative on 5th day, you are free to leave your home. NI and Scotland demand a ...

...10 day quarantine so you’ll have to book the tests for day 2 and day 8.   If flying into Dublin they don’t demand this post arrival test, but you must quarantine. Don’t know about Wales, probably the 10 days.     Also, before leaving Spain you will need to be covid tested as well. Yes, a lot of added expense so it’s a shame that you are only going for a a week.
Ryanair are offering a deal on tests but do your own research and see if you can get them cheaper.   Enjoy.

We flew out on 1st August. When we returned to UK we didn’t have to quarantine, we just had to order day 2 tests which we had to have proof that they were ordered before we flew home. It’s now day 2 and we’re waiting for the tests to arrive!
There seems to be a lot of confusion about the rules etc at the moment. You can also take the ‘fit-to-fly’ test with you, which I didn’t realise. You take the test and a photograph of your result and this was enough to let her fly home.

So, no quarantine once back in the UK.

I’ve had a look on our government website and it says Spain do not accept the Certificate of recovery so she either needs proof of her vaccines or a negative PCR test to fly and enter Spain.

Thank you. She only had it 6 weeks ago. So it’s possible that she could still test positive 🤷‍♀️
