I'm afraid that is wrong. You do not need a test to get on a Ryanair plane although they will sell you one if you buy their amber travel package. That seems to have created a lot of confusion.

You currently only have to complete the Spanish health form to board a Ryanair flight and to enter Spain. NO tests required....

...

Spain to UK is a different matter!

Well we had to have one  so if anyone  wants to risk it go ahead

You didn't HAVE to have one. You CHOSE to have one.

I am here. Flew Ryanair 9th June and no test required. As I said they will sell you one and allow you to upload a result but it was, and still is, NOT required.

You were lucky we even had to show it at the desk and I certainly didn't choose to have one.

We flew in from UK yes and you don't need a pcr test to enter spain but you do to get on the flight I assume it is up to the airline discretion  couldn't get our boarding passes with out it. And slightly off topic one passenger was not allowed to board as her 2nd covid test was only done the...

... day before you have to upload all info 48hrs before departure.

Absolute nonsense!!

Stop spreading fake news.

I wasn't lucky. You were misled and wasted money on a pre-flight PCR if you flew from the UK and had been nowhere else 14 days before flying. You don't have to upload a test result to check in and get your boarding pass or show any test results at any desks.

Here's the link to the UK government website so you can read for yourself to avoid any doubt.

You DO NOT need to test to get on a plane to Spain

I refer you to your post of 16th June:

"We flew in on Monday  this week no questions  asked. We filled in the SPTH  form online also had a PCR test no one asked to see it "

Thank you all for your advice. I cancelled the 2 £85 tests I had booked in Boots, then had a heart attack when I read this thread!!! I feel confident  in the advice given about not having to take a test to fly into Spain..... and will update when we arrive 🤗

Thanks again
