Why don't you try getting one of your Irish neighbours book it for you and see what happens 😉
We have been using a company called Zip transfers. We have used them twice now and have found them very reliable and competitive with their pricing.
You can go online and get a quote from them, before you book.

You will be ok as your flight is to Ireland 🇮🇪 ask for a shared minibus.

Transfers to Cabo Rough look up Inishfree they run a service to and from the airport.
