Can anyone recommend a company who could complete our non Resident tax form. Our lawyer, who assisted with our house purchase completed it last year but their costs were quite high. €80 +tax. Property is in joint names

We use Visona Lawyers in Torrevieja, they’ve helped us with all legal matters, including our tax. However, the fee you quote is pretty standard for actual abogados, as opposed to firms who will just fill in your tax form for you.

Hi Doreen,
I'd recommend Spanish Tax Forms Ltd., who are particularly cost effective if the property is owned jointly, as they charge £34.95 per property, not per owner. Then you can either pay the tax when you're in Spain, or opt to pay an extra £12 per owner for Spanish Tax Forms to submit the payment on your behalf. Even if there are two owners, that would be a total of £58.95, so still a bit cheaper than your lawyer. It can all be done online:

I use a lady called Lesley at www.spain214.com to do ours after using Angar Taxation Services for many years but last year they doubled their fees. She was prompt and charged £50 for 2 of us and included payment. If you contact her website please say Pauline in Villena recommended her. She was recommended by others on here too.
