non resident tax

Can anyone advise me how long after our non resident tax have been submitted do we receive our bills.

Pete's correct. You pay the tax when you submit the Modelo 210.

As it's our first time paying our non resident tax, we asked our solicitor back in November to summit them for us as far as we no it's been done but not received any bill or what we need to pay, just needed.to know if it takes this long as we are a little worried as we don't want a fine. Ian

Your Non Residents Tax depends on when you bought your property as it is due to be paid before the end of the year for the previous year, so if you bought in for example June 2018 you would be due to pay from that date to 31/12/2018 with the Tax to be paid before the end of 2019.
