Holà to you all.  Thanks for my admission in this forum.

With my wife we are retraitees and definitively (hope so..) officialy residents in Calpe.

I'm looking for a "serious" internet provider. We had two bad experiencies... bad signal, bad i/o speed ... promises min 8Mb download...reality average speed is <3Mb!!

Hope somebody would give us a good advice.  W're FR belgians, my apologises... my english is very poor  🤔

Thank you in forwarding for your good comprehension.

Georges

Try Aeromax; it’s what we have miles out in the campo and also we have used it at a friend’s house in Calpe. Works perfectly well.

However, they offer several different ‘bands’ of speeds etc, depending upon what you are willing to pay. When we contracted our service, the installer advised NOT to choose the cheapest as although on paper the download speeds were acceptable, apparently upload speed was awful. We chose the second or third tier I think, and have no problems at all. He did say that if we needed sufficient speed for serious gaming we would need to choose one of the upper bands, but that’s not necessary for us.

I believe you can contact them directly, there is a website.

Hi,

if you have landline, my advise: use ORANGE.

If not, my advise: use Aeromax. If Aeromax you need to book at least a 20 MB line, so you will have for sure always 10 MB or more.

More details and contact to this company at aeromax.es

Hope this information will help you.

Best regards
