A tourist licence is granted to owners who rent out (legally) to holiday guests staying at their homes, for example Airbnb.

Did you ever get a proper response to this question? We are in the same situation. We want to buy an apartment and rent it out but there is little information out there on how to obtain a tourist licence and how long the process is. We don't want to buy a place and only then find out we can't rent it.
