Some advice Please

Could anybody please advice me or put me in touch with someone who would be prepared to help us on our small holding. We have two terraces that need to be ploughed and we have olive trees and fruit trees that need some attention. The person who was helping us has sold their plough and so we are looking for someone else who would like to earn some extra money and keep some of the produce and if they wanted to they could grow produce as did our previous help as we have a very good spring so water is no problem throughout the year.
