Only if you had the 2 vaccinations in the UK, though this is proposed to be relaxed soon

Hi,

changed as of 4am today, any EU citizen vaccinated with a EMA approved vaccine needs to take pre-flight test and day 2 PCR test in the UK, no self isolation required.

No. If you travel via France. They are still on Amber Plus I believe. So still day 2 and 8, quarantine 10 days.

There is a possibility that although this is from today, spain could go on the amber watch list soon and would then have the same as France. Just depends how the UK government feel.

Hi John,

as SW has stated, France not included in the easing of the entry restrictions for fully vaccinated travellers.

The UK government scheduled review of travel rules is this week and it should be known by Thursday what rule changes if any will take place.

In various press stories it is said that France will come of the so called Amber plus list but it is not certain. Also Spain may go onto the Amber plus list or perhaps the red list. Again that is not certain. If you can wait to return until after the announcement this week it would be worth doing so.  Personally I hope France do come and Spain stay as they are now.

As you know, when I say UK government that is really England, Scotland may not change rues in line with England.

Aitch.
