Hi I'm new here and looking to buy a park home , I know there is a residential park in between Catrol and crevillent which has one for sale but if possible could anyone give me the address so i can look on Google maps

I have seen one for sale and the only information I have is it's just outside the two towns
I am wondering if it's the palms but can't find anything about it

Might be worth looking just up the road in Albatera where I believe there is a choice of legal sites.

Hi Sara, don't believe all you hear the palms residential site is a nice site where there are a few mobile/park homes for sale, we did live on there for a few years and enjoyed it!! We only moved off because of work commitments, there is an agent who works for holiday homes and he will take you around where you can buy through him or you will see homes that are up for sale privately , some times this is your best option, but please don't be put off by anybody you need to decide for yourself, there are people who have lived happily on there for over 15 years, go and have a look for yourself!!! Good luck

I have a place on the Palms and it is a lovely friendly place nice little club house where your made to feel very welcome .
It's very relaxing place to live and the site manager and his wife are very helpful and can offer lots of help and advice when you first move in

I fail to understand why anybody would want to buy a mobile home when for the same money you could buy a flat or small house in the surrounding towns.
