I have seen one for sale and the only information I have is it's just outside the two towns

I am wondering if it's the palms but can't find anything about it

Hi, I have a home further up the lane from The Palms. I understand that there is property for sale on the site which is located on Partida Carga Crevillente.

Hi Richard

Yes I did do my homework I am not stupid and been coming over to Spain for a long time.

I own my home which is not your everyday camping caravan and bigger than most flats which I didn’t wish to buy.

I can always sell it when I want to as there is a big market for them as there is no up keep small grounds and everything done for you.

Thanks

Hi

The palms mobile home site is between Catral and Crevillente it comes under El Realengo although isn't in the village of El Realengo , if you put the address as 15 a Partida Carga Crevillente 03330 you should be able to find it on Google maps , it's very close to Bar Rocio the address for there is Vereda de Orihuela( bar Rocío) n1, 03330 Crevillent, Alicante

Hello

If you go to the roundabout (traffic island) outside Bar Rocio then, if you were coming from Crevillent, turn right towards the bridge over the road but DO NOT GO UNDER THE BRIDGE!   You will see a camino, (track) immediately on your right which runs parallel to the main road, that is were you have to go.   About 50 or 60 yards up the track you will see a sign for the park on your left.    It is not well regarded by the locals as it has a reputation for harbouring persons of a certain thieving class hence you will see the houses there equipped with alarms and cameras.   Be warned!!

And the best of luck!!

Richard

We too are thinking of a mobile home in Spain. So much nicer than a flat where you can hear your neighbours through the wall. Most of the parks have largish private plots which you can make your own, furniture, shed, carport etc. Having once lived in a flat I know that's not the life for us. It's horses for courses and depends on what stage of life you're at I suppose.
