Wondering if anyone has flown recently from UK to Spain and what, if any, proof of tests are required once I land. I am aware I need proof vaccine certificates and also have to complete Health Control Form. Is that it? Thank you

Yes that's all you need at the moment. My husband flew back recently.

We flew into Alicante last Saturday, just needed to show completed Spanish Health form with QR code and have proof on vaccination status at UK check-in. In Alicante they only looked at Spanish Health form QR code (after border control).

I flew back last Saturday with above and cert,yet they still took aside me for a random LFT.....

After the QR code check in arrivals there is a device that checks the temperature of people walking past, could be that you showed up as having a high temperature?

This was before the checks, pulled me after i immediately entered the area,i protested but to avail....6 of us in total and more as i waited for the result (negative thank god)...;)
Goodness, haven’t heard of that being done at any airport!

In fairness it does say on the form you could be subject to a test on arrival, I’ve been travelling in and out of Spain every 10 days since June and that was the first time,.

I will be travelling to Spain shortly and have checked the rules. You are correct. you will get your QR code when you complete your Location form. You will not need to have a Covid test unless you are contacted within the first 48 hours of arriving in Spain.

Where do you get Spanish health form from and QR form from we have location forms they are in Spanish we just fill them in In english
