To foreigners , can anyone confirm this information

We are learning via a Youtube channel called ProSpanish.
Very good well laid out methodical lessons which you can purchase after the first 3 course lessons at a very reasonable price.
I tried duolingo but it was more geared to American learners using Mexican Spanish.
