Retirement/Assisted Living Apartments
I am looking at the idea of setting up an assisted living complex in Sanet Y
Negrals and notice there is a block of 35 apartments empty in the la
Urbanizacion Monte Sol which could fit the bill. Does anyone know when
this complex of apartments were built, the condition of these apartments
and how long they have stood empty?
These apartments are subject to an auction and if they could be got at the right price, I would be happy to consider renting them out or selling them to persons over 50 where there would be a warden on sight plus some facilities. They are close to the town and would make a nice little seniors complex. Anyone interested in this idea and would be interested in aquiring an apartment are welcome to make comment.
