Relocation to Denia area from UK Post Brexit

Thanks very much for allowing me to join!

We are hoping to retire from UK to Spain, in particular the Denia area in as near a future as existing situations allow and would appreciate any tips you might be able to give us. We are looking at a non lucrative visa, and renting a property until we can find a suitable place to buy. We have done some Internet research and of course there is a lot of conflicting info out there, so I have a few specific questions for you lucky people who have successfully relocated, in particular, anyone who has gone through this post Brexit.

Do you have any tips on the best and quickest way after Brexit to get the non lucrative visa?

Would anyone recommend using a relocation company, if so which ones are good and which ones should be avoided at all costs? What are the benefits of using one?

How long is it before we can sign up to use Spanish healthcare, what is the best way of getting it?

We will have travel insurance but how long should we arrange it for?

Can we use the EHIC? If so, how long for? Do we need Health insurance?

Please feel free to add any other useful tips about living in Denia/ La Sella area.
