Help with Residency, NIE please

I used the following firm to do the legal side of my house purchase two years ago. They were very good, very professional. I did my own NIE and residencia application, but I see on their website they offer these services too. I don't know how much they'd charge, but you could ask them for a quote.

I can't help with anywhere in Denia but if you don't have any luck I can recommend an English firm of solicitors in Albir who did our NIE applications and sorted out our healthcare cover.

    We used a gestor (in January) to get our padrón, residencia, SIP cards and driving licences. Very helpful and stress free. Highly recommended. It cost €300 for residencia and SIP and €250 for the licences. She accompanies you to the police station for residencia and even went to our first doctor´s appointment to introduce us. Try

Hi, I use White and Baos lawyers in Denia.  I used them for my house purchase last year and wills and tax returns.   Fees for all this are very reasonable and less than the UK.  For my NIE I applied through the Spanish Consulate in London, (do the forms online and take a copy with you to the consulate for processing - you book a time on their website).  Relatively  simple process, cost was around £10.00.  Took about 3 weeks to have the NIE application approved and documents e mailed through. 

If doing your NIE this way, then if you are in North of Leeds you use Edinburgh office, and south of that use London.

I have not looked at residency so sorry can't help here.

Hi, We also used White & Baos in Denia. Very helpful, very friendly, they quoted a fixed cost for the purchase of the apartment and there were no additional charges. They speak very good english and we are using them for our wills and tax returns. Highly recommended. Equally (as advised by White & Baos) we obtained our own NIE's in the UK, the process was cheap and simple as described by DaveS1314.

If you haven't yet got NIEs, you don't need to do that separately. 

An NIE number can be allocated as part of the residency application process, as explained in my residency guide.

Thanks Jim,  yes, I did read your guide which is extremely helpful and comprehensive.  At this stage the priority is NIE as we need it for an internet provider,  will have to apply for residency later.
