Water billing

I have just had 186e bill taken by DD from my bank account payable to Aqualia for water usage. My normal bill is between 30-35e per month. However no bill has been forwarded in the normal way.

I suspected a possible leakage problem but a friend over there in Denia has suggested it may be a charge relating to Covid-19 preventative measures. Has anyone else heard this?

Also I cannot locate the email address to contact them so I would appreciate this info.

Hello

Wow! that's  a huge amount. I would lean towards the suggestion that there is a leak somewhere -   I feel sure there has been no Covid 19 preventative measures in relation to water supply   anywhere in the region, my urbanisation bills are just as normal & I haven't seen it mentioned on the forum.

There is at least one guy in that office who speaks English, if you are not fluent ask for service in English and they might put you through to him if he's available. 

They're pretty efficient in there but mostly Spanish speakers.

Edit, ps, I haven't had a variation on my charges either

Hi

My bill has be consistent but an extra charge of 1.68 € is added and paid separately not sure what the charge is for but it is not as high as the charge you have got

Call and check .

Out water supply is turned of when we are not at the villa 

Can someone go to your property and check out for leakage I.e. toilets
