I can't find any reference to this on Kyero; I think it comes from an article published in the Majorca Daily Bulletin, dated 2nd February 2024:

When you read the article, you will see that, beyond the headline and sub-heading, there is no evidence of this activity taking place. Unfortunately, it appears to be "click-bait", regurgitating a story that's more than a year old, which is probably why the article omits any substance.
