Try SGM Abogados we used them when purchasing our apartment they took care of everything and provided excellent help and support in all matters including setting up direct debits nie stc.

They have an office in Ciudad Quesada. Alex Radford (the founding partner) used to be on those TV shows giving legal advice when buting property abroad and is often at UK exhibitions - that's how we met him. He is very approachable, as are his team, nothing was too much trouble.

I would also recommend Silvia and her team at SGM Abogados, very professional and efficient. They´re located in Benijofar, just the other side of the Segura river from Formentera, so they know the local area and properties.
