We've had the following question sent into us if anyone can help?

I'm looking to buy a property in Spain and Formentera Del segura seems like the right location for me to the airport, beach ect. But what is the town like itself with regards to shops, supermarkets, restaurant and bars and is there a fair amount ex pats to meet and hang out with to make it easier to   make friends there?

Thanks,  Aaron

Hi I don't live there but had a holiday home for twelve  years. It's a lovely friendly village, plenty of ex oats to meet and make fruit with but it  is mainly Spanish and retains its Spanish charm.

Two Spanish Supermarkets and the larger international one in the village, three more walking distance and even more a shirt car ride. Two banks in village, two butchers three bakers and several bars and restaurants. The village square is a popular watering hole and a great place to meet people. It's an easy walk to Benijofar and Rojales with even more bars, restaurantscand facilities.

Hope this helps
