Knowing the postal service in Spain I wouldn't even consider a postal vote.

Actually Just read Farage wants to cancel postal votes. Need to find a nutter that used to vote for Screaming Lord Sutch.

I hate Labour always have, but now I reckon If I can find a proxy I'll ask them to vote left. London has not been my capital for a long time. I have a "Stolen St George's Cross Flag" Genova, anyone know the story?. It was loan, England owes Genova millions!

Yes the padron does show numbers and means the town or village receives additional money for each one on it. Unfortunately non residents should not be on it, after years of being on the padron this was being posted on various local Web sites after Brexit. So I checked with our lawyers here in Spain. They informed me we should not as non residents be on the padron, so we went back to the Ayuntamiento and got out names taken off. I was disappointed as I am so impressed with the investment the local government here puts into our lovely village. As a matter of interest another thing I was told I was that as a holiday home owner I drive on a British driving licence if police stopped me and I was on the padron they would assume I was resident therefore driving illegally and hadn't changed my licence to a Spanish one. So just not with taking the risk.
