Hi we have just purchased a holiday home in Gandia area. Does anyone know if we can get

Internet and TV whilst we are there on holidays rather than paying a yearly subscription and

How do we go about it.

Many thanks

There are a few internet providers in the Gandia area, who allow you to "pay as you go" fo internet,  but which to suggest depends where exactly you are...telsinet (gandia), TNS (oliva).

For TV, if you simply want thee free UK TV channels (BBC ITV C4 and Five) then ideally a one off payemnt for a dish and Freesat receiver would probably be best.

Hi,

Thanks for info. Our property is in Villalonga in the town itself. Tried to research but it's a minefield as just not technically minded. I've looked into telitec and they offer a dish etc for Tv for a one off payment for €499 plus IVA. They also offer wireless internet on various packages but works out cheaper if we do monthly package €89 installation and €19.99 a month - 4mb.

Do you know anything about this company.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi, I offer a 125x135cm dish, and Freesat HD receiver for 450 euros - one off payment  ( www.satandpcguy.com)

As for internet this is one I mentioned before : http://www.tnsgrupo.es/ and this is the other http://www.telsinet.com/

But it does depend where exactly in Villalonga you are, as the surrounding hills can make reception of the signals from these and others like telitec tricky.
