My friend has recently passed away and i need to sell all of her furnture that i have stored in a ware house in Gandia to cover her personel costs.
Could anyone advise me were or who would be the best people to contact about this. Auction houses furniture buyer ect.

Hi I don’t think you can just sell it until inheritance tax has been calculated etc, I think the furniture/belongings will be part of the estate. Maybe ask the gestor/Abogado who is dealing with the inheritance issue.

All the inheritance taxs have been paid in spain to the goverment.
I need to sell her furniture as i live in the uk and canot bring it back to the uk.
