Hi,
Could anybody tell me if there's such thing as Salvage yards as we know them or secondhand yards where I could purchase old Spanish interior double doors.

There are several such places along the n332 from Gandia towards Calpe, I can think of at least 3. They aren’t salvage yards in the sense you mean but they have all kinds of discarded old items and general stuff. They are no longer ‘cheap’. However, you are unlikely to be able to get there atm due to the lockdown in Oliva, although you should be able to by pass it using other routes. The raptors are by the side of the n332 so easilyfound.

There is a huge place on an Industrial site north of Valencia too called Derribo Andres. It's not very well organised so go along with the exact measurements of what you want and ideally photos too so you can show them what you are looking for..

There are a couple of other places around Valencia but I can't remember the names, try searching in Spanish.

Yes I am looking for old doors with glass for an older apartment. Unfortunately I don't know when I can get over. I have somebody over there that looks after the place for me. Maybe we could do something.
