I have just bought a house near Gandia and need a English speaking Builder to carry out work while I'm back in England, Who would anyone sugest to be good
Just wondered if you ever found a builder. Having problems with ours, long story.

Yes We did and a brilliant one, the last three years they have been doing bits each year for us, have done nearly the complete villa, The builder is Romanian and his wife English, We have a quote, pay deposit, bit more half way through, then at the finish when we are happy pay the balance, first class work and at sensible prices.
