Dont think Flexicable will be around too long.
We live here for 3 months in the Spring and 2 months in the Autumn. Have had internet from Grabber for ages. They would switch us on when we arrive and closed-end when we went home. They charged only for the months we were here.
Now it's Flexible and they have changed the rules without telling us. I sent an email last week asking them to switch us on yesterday and said I would call at the office to pay today. They demanded I pay a reconnection fee of 25 euros then 25 euros for April May and June. This is half way through April but they charge for a full month. They are going to lose my business. The girl I dealt with today did not give a damn about how they deal with people. She was rude. Chewing gum with an attitude of take it or leave it did not impress me.
