Non Lucrative Visas

Has anyone applied for the non lucrative visa themselves? Can anyone recommend any services who will do this& not charge the earth to do so ?

You are to apply for a non lucrative visa from the Spanish consulate while you are still living in the UK.
You will need to meet the income and healthcare requirements.
