It will be announced during the various phases of lockdown lifting, but does look like it may be in Phase 1 from 11th May, however it would be with restrictions etc

Following yesterday's announcement by the Government it has been confirmed that Alicante and Elche (amongst mothers) will be kept back on Fase 0 until next Friday when it will be reviewed. So El Plantio will not now be re-opening on 11th May....

I have also been informed that part of the restrictions being placed on golfers is that only one can ride in a buggy while the other will walk. However I believe that both golf bags can be carried in the buggy. I was also told that most golf courses have reduced the cost of hiring a buggy.
