Gardeners are always needed either for regular maintenance or one off clearances.  You might need to prune palms.  You have to advertise your services on the various forums and Facebook groups and after a while, if you are good and not a rip-off gardener, the work will be by word of mouth.  But it will be hard to work in the current hot temperatures.

My advice to anyone moving over and needing to work is to bring enough money to tide you over for a year.

I don't know of any big companies, they are usually small family businesses dealing with pool maintenance and gardens.  It will help if you can speak Spanish.  Get the local free papers, they are in English, and approach the companies advertising in them.  There is always bar and kitchen work.

Unemployment is high, many Brits have come thinking they can make a living doing a few shifts in a bar only to end up broke.  But I don't want to put you off, try it but have enough money to tide you over.

If you don't try it you will always think 'what if'.  Good luck.
