Hi all,
I have lost my picture on my satellite, the channel comes up on screen but no picture and also the remote will not work, any help appreciated or advice on someone servicing

What do you mean by "the channel comes up"? Does it tell you it's BBC1 or whatever?
If your remote isn't working then change the batteries.
You don't say whether this suddenly happened, or perhaps you've returned to your property after a long period away?

Strong winds my disalign the dish or humidity penetration into the lnb cable connection can also be the cause. See Moller SAT/Clima in Torrevieja next to Iceland. They speak you language and I lnow them fOr the last 42 years. Good luck.

Yes like BBC One, comes up as would normally but no picture behind, it just suddenly stopped
