Change car p0lates

Good afternoon I have an English car and want to change the plates to Spanish could anyone
Tell me the cost please and the best place to do this cheeres

This issue is extensively commented. Save a bunch changing lights to LHD, get a COC from the manufacturer. Then drive to any ITV, pay some 90,- and off you go with a "Certificado de Caracteristicas Tecnicas". The rest is a bit stressy, especially as language and burocracy is concerned, perhaps leave to a "gestoria" but in any case insist on an estimate. Good luck.
