The Tasa modelo 790. I don’t know why, when I hover over the section headings no instructions come up (tried on iPhone, iPad and laptop!). Just want to make sure it’s completed correctly. Then when that’s done I believe I print it off and take it to the appointment with the other documents. Thank you for offering to help.

Thank you for the attachments but they are for the EX15 form which we’ve already completed and submitted. We are now at the next stage that we have the appointment to go to Manchester to complete the NIE application process. It’s the Form 790, code 12 I’m struggling with. I’ve tried to find the instructions in English for this form but no luck yet!

The link I posted is in English if you use Google Chrome and then click the right hand button for translate to English.

Even so, it's quite straightforward even in Spanish. You simply fill in you name and address then click the button I pointed out and the cost comes up automatically.

However, going across the boxes

NIE NIF Put you passport number in here

Apellidos Surname and first name

Domicilio Tipo de via street/road/avenue or other

Nombre de la via publica The name of your street or road

Num House number

(The others are if you are in a flat and put the floor, flat number etc)

Telefono Telephone number

Municipio Town or City

Provincia County

Codigo Postal Postcode

Autoliquidacion Click the Principal (in English Major)

Leave everything else blank and scroll down to Documentos de identidad y títulos y documentos de viaje a extranjeros indocumentados y otros documentos. As already shown

Then tick the box (as already shown) Asignación de Número de Identidad de Extranjero (NIE) a instancia del interesado.

The cost for this will automatically show at the bottom

Then scroll down to Declarante and under Localidad put your town or city (eg Londres) and fecha means date.

Ingreso (the amount to pay which will come up after you've selected the type of document.

Forma de pago En efectivo (cash) or cuenta (bank account)

If paying cash leave everything else blank.

Print it off and take it with you.

Sorry me again! Thank you I’ve now managed to complete the form 790 and download! When we go to our appointment in Manchester does the EX15 form you take need to be in English, Spanish or both?
