Removing g a root
Can anyone recommend a person to remove the root of a shrub, its not that big but I have no tools to work with, thanks in advance

I would Hire a Scrubber, it similar to a Consaw, if you understand that, it will grind stump of tree 🌳 below soil level , if then like drill a series of holes in stump and pour some diesel into holes, cover with top soil and walk away, maximum 2 hours work, you can hire scrubber in San Luis.
If you try to pull stump out of ground you will do some damage to surround areas as Roots of tree/Hedging do spread out a long distance underground depending on type of Tree/Hedging

It a Consaw on wheels with Blade for cutting timber, Go to Hire centre in San Luis to have a look at it, Back here in Damp wet Dublin Airport Driving back to Torrevieja in 2 weeks 😳

Frost is promised, it cold and damp in Dublin, December 1st not far away 😉 😀 back to sun 😎 😀
Once the Stump has no day light it will die off itself, you should have no trouble using that machine 😉
