I  would Hire a Scrubber,  it  similar  to a Consaw, if  you  understand  that,  it  will  grind   stump  of tree  🌳  below soil  level  , if then  like drill  a series  of  holes  in stump  and pour some diesel  into holes,  cover with top soil  and walk away,   maximum  2 hours work,  you can hire scrubber  in San Luis.

If  you try to pull stump out of  ground  you will do some damage  to surround  areas as Roots of tree/Hedging  do  spread  out a  long distance  underground  depending  on type  of Tree/Hedging

Best of luck 👍

Frost  is promised,  it cold and damp  in Dublin,   December 1st  not far away 😉 😀  back  to sun 😎 😀

Once  the  Stump has no day light  it will  die off itself, you  should have  no trouble  using  that machine 😉

Best of luck 👍
