The link has always worked on Android phones, so you shouldn’t have a problem downloading your certificate.
It’s just taken them about a month to sort out security issues with Apple.

Use chrome to open it and google will translate. But there’s minimal translation needed.
Sip card number and issue date. Date of birth.
Enter code to prove you’re not a robot. Click to confirm that a code is to be sent to your mobile. Enter code. Page changes , click left hand box for your double jab certificate and cert will download. Print and/or choose where you need to store it.
Ive got this in paper form … however, there is no QR code .. there is a box without a code
I can’t find how to access the EU green certificate
Can anybody help ?

Hi … I’ve gone ahead and used it ….no other choice And yes I’ve got the certificate. It’s the EU digital one which is not readily available

Yes as posted there were previous security issues with the website.
Clear your cache/internet history and it should be ok
If you still get an error message it could be with chrome.
Use your usual browser entering the information I supplied earlier.
