Well done, I guess the first one you downloaded was the Justificante cert which has details of where and when you had you vaccine. I’d keep them together because at least that one has a record of the batch numbers you were given, in case you ever need them in the future.

But it the EU certificate  ( with the QR code) you need to prove you’ve been vaccinated.
