Going back to your original question & not knowing all the facts, even though the above responses, simply, take free legal advice as before & one will then know your rights, their rights. Then move on. Villas

Hi Wayne, you're about? Only advice for advice. You may know more than me. I don't. "Fool" it's UK pudding, no? Villas

Hi Wayne, We thought you´d gone to bed with your muppets , (Mum let you out?). Just so as you have read the above, I can´t see anyone defending. As I said , I don´t know. (perhaps you do?)

I have said " get advice" to the OP. (regarding "eviction lawyer")

I think that was quite simple Wayne. Hope you are feeling better soon.

This post that was quoted has been deleted.

RayD concur, & (regarding the OP) was req advice re: a question for legal advice, not me, or for others the rights or wrongs one's status or actually knowing or interested. Villas

Pay your rent or get the F___ out.

I have this trouble in the UK with tenants who believe they have every right to not pay because its someone's birthday or they are going on holiday.
