Hi Seamus,
I'd recommend Lords Wood Houses, they have a showroom and workshop in Los Montesinos - Nick, the owner, is very helpful and we're delighted with our kitchen:

Our original kitchen was in excellent condition and we were happy with the configuration, but wanted to update it - a much cheaper and far less hassle option than installing a completely new kitchen.
