My mum passed away in Guardamar and my brother and I are flying out from the UK in a few weeks time to sort the property. Can anyone recommend a property maintenance service that can then go and check on the property every now and again until we can sell it?

I’m outside your area, so whilst we’ve used this service with our lock up and leave for past 5 years, I can’t give a specific recommendation. I would say to ensure you employ a legally set up company, it’s worth it
